Who is the Language Helper?

The Language Helper is a personal study mentor for Chatterbox learners. She’s not a bot - she’s very much human! - and she’s a qualified linguist whose job is to guide learners through their studies. 

learners can contact the Language Helper at any time through the chatbox for help with language-related questions. She also marks their mid-course tests and can provide feedback on their progress.
