There was a technical error

If you experience a technical issue during a Live Practice, let the Coach Success Team know straight after the class by emailing community@chatterbox.io.

It’s really important that you report technical issues so we can refund the learner with the credits they used to book the Live Practice.

For learner-side or Chatterbox-related issues, this will be recorded as a technical issue, and you will be paid in full for the session.

Coach-side technical issues that prevent a Live Practice from occurring will be recorded as a Coach No Show.
