[Policy] Summary of terms used

  1. Curable Breach

    A curable breach indicates the agreed service levels (detailed in the [Policy] section of this guide) have not been followed, but extenuating circumstances may exist to explain the breach and continuation of service provision is permitted.

  2. Incurable Breach

    An incurable breach is when the agreed service levels (detailed in the [Policy] section of this guide) have not been followed and no extenuating circumstances exist. As a result service provision is immediately discontinued.
