As part of your onboarding, you will complete a Chatterbox Coach orientation on Cerego.

At the end of each Cerego module, you have to take a break and then come back to review everything you’ve learned the next day before you can finish up. That helps you remember everything you’ve learned better. This will take you about 3 hours in total, but because of the learning breaks, you'll need a couple of days to complete this.
